the staffs were VERY helpful, which i appreciated.
the onsen was not accessible to hotel guests without an extra fee i found this upsetting. the food in the room and at the pool was not up to standard for a five-star hotel. a club sandwich had barely toasted bread and arrived cold.

helpful staff bts train clean rooms alcohol policy slow service long wait
i found the staff very helpful. they provided a shuttle to the bts train line (very convenient). the rooms were clean (always a plus).
the hotel is completely alcohol-free (a surprise for a hotel marketed as 5-star). i also noticed the service around the pool was slow. it often took over 30 minutes to receive food and drinks (i wish it had been faster).

i appreciated the complimentary mini bar it was restocked daily with various beverages and snacks. the onsen spa on the 5th floor offered excellent treatments i particularly enjoyed my massage. the breakfast buffet was extensive and featured a wide variety of choices. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i found that the gym equipment was limited considering the hotel size this made it occasionally difficult to use specific machines during peak hours.

the staff was amazing, they were all so helpful. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. the pool area is beautiful and relaxing. i'm definitely coming back. it's just what i needed!
the corner suite, felt smaller than expected! the pleather couch wasn't the most comfortable for lounging. i kept bumping my head on the thin ceramic ledge above the bed. the two mattresses pushed together made a hard ridge in the middle.

The staff was friendly. they tried to. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the lobby with free-flowing tea and coffee. It's a nice touch. i loved the heated toilet seats in the bathroom. That was a great surprise!

i found the hotel transport to the metro station convenient i made sure to book breakfast and i was not disappointed it had a delicious spread and was worth it the staff were always friendly and helpful making my stay enjoyable.
i found that the hotel lacked a bar, a bit unexpected given its five-star rating.
