the hotel arranged a connecting room for my family. this happened without me requesting it directly. the hotel is very clean and neat because it is new. the staff i talked with were helpful and understood english well.
the pool was a bit crowded. the top pool was too cold and windy.

the room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the shower had good water pressure from the rainfall shower head. a smart tv and usb plugs were available in the room.

the hotel has direct access to the airport rail link. this made getting to the airport easy. the bts station is also directly connected. this helped save time.

confusing signage
The check-in process was a bit of a circus. I stood in line for what was like an eternity only to be redirected to another desk. The signage in the gym was confusing. I think i spent half my workout trying to figure out how to adjust the resistance on a machine. it WAS an adventure though!

the location was convenient, especially with the nearby train station access.
The room cleanliness was disappointing. i found a stain on the carpet near the bed. It wasn't something i expected in this type of hotel, though i did report it to the staff.
