The location proved quite accessible to public transit. The hotel lobby included complimentary hot beverages.
The bed was hard and felt little uncomfortable. The room needed USB charging ports for modern devices. I found this a significant oversight.

spacious suite balcony view free snack
i had a wonderfully spacious suite. it had a great balcony view. i also appreciated that the free snacks and drinks were always replenished in the room!
the breakfast cooking method could be better, i didn't really enjoy it ! day time naps were affected because there are window panes and not curtains.

the location was excellent, very near all shopping and restaurants! the train provides easy access to many sights. central embassy is a large, modern shopping center with restaurants and groceries, and that is very convenient.

the family suite 4 pax was excellent. it had two separate rooms, each with a door leading to the large bathroom. the beds are very comfortable. free minibar refills happen daily (nice touch!).
the traffic noise was noticeable, even on a higher floor.

the location is very convenient. it is near the bts station, providing easy access to various parts of the city. several shopping malls are also close by (within walking distance, really).

the staff were friendly and professional. i found the service fast and excellent. they are quite courteous, always ready to assist with a smile (which i always appreciate).

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes i found it very convenient the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping malls i appreciated that. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i liked it very much

The front office staff was efficient. Concierge services were readily available. The room cleaning team maintained high standards. The location provided easy access to nearby BTS train stations.
The credit card deposit took longer than expected to be cleared after checkout. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.
