Wonderful Stay in City Center!

I found the staff helpful, they are happy to assist with anything. The location is great. It is close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. My room faced the square and provided wonderful views. The breakfast offered a tasty way to start the day.
The hotel is not accessible by car, so luggage drop-off requires a short walk from the nearest parking.

The hotel sits at the entrance to the historic center, that provides easy access to many sites. It is also close to the train station, very convenient for travelers. Many public transport options are available within a two-minute walk from the hotel.

a satisfactory hotel experience

i think location were great, right near everything. the staff is cute. i find it fun is that the wallpaper and the floor tiles shouldn't have worked, but they did.
i noticed the main entrance door is broken. we did have to use the side entrance with another set of stairs. i think the sleeping couch was set up by accident so it almost blocks 1 room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and i could walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the concierge. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Everything tasted fresh.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, and i struggled to get the temperature right.

i was a bit disappointed with the soundproofing it wasn't as effective as i hoped i could still hear some street noise at night this made it a little difficult to fall asleep quickly the air conditioning also seemed to have only one setting it was either too cold or not cool enough making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room i think these things could be better.
