subway proximity palace views cherry blossoms

The hotel location was great. It was close to the subway and within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. My room offered partial views of the Imperial Palace gardens. I saw cherry blossoms on the trees near the car park. The night lights were lovely.

The receptionist did not offer any compensation after I reported a strange smell.

the hotel held our luggage before check-in and this helped us travel light. the room included bath amenities i did enjoy. its proximity to a metro station is very convenient. the room has usb-charging possibility and it was good.

the fridge in the room did not cool enough.

The room was VERY clean. I enjoyed the modern amenities provided in my room including a powerful shower. The view of the palace grounds from my room was Very nice. The location proved central.

The hotel lacks a gym, a minor inconvenience for those wanting to maintain their fitness routine.

The room felt cramped. It was quite small for two people with suitcases. There were no windows that open. The room became stuffy! The options for breakfast disappointed me greatly. They offered an American breakfast. It was literally only two eggs and two slices of bacon.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

My room was on the 12th floor and offered a good view. The room was cleaned daily and I found it very comfortable. The staff was helpful each time I needed assistance, such as with the efficient laundry service.

The hotel is a bit dated. I noticed some marks in the bathroom that was difficult to remove. The restaurant food was awful. I recommend that you avoid it if you can.
