balanced stay with some drawbacks
friendly staff many choices short walk building site musty smell uncomfortable feeling
the staff were very friendly. breakfast offered many choices. east putney station is a short walk from the hotel. i also enjoyed the park near the thames river.
the room i got initially did not look like the pictures online. i moved to another room facing a building site. there was a musty smell there. i felt uncomfortable complaining more.

small bathroom cleaning issue
Breakfast WAS acceptable. A decent selection of items.
the room felt cramped. the bathroom was quite small with barely enough space to move AROUND. cleaning was not thorough, as I found dust in several areas.
