the hotel was very clean and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. there was a very beautiful and christmassy atmosphere i found comfortable. on arrival i was greeted by monika she was professional and polite.
the deadbolt did not work. we called and reception came up to check it was not able to fix. i complained about the thermostat not working multiple times a day it was never fixed. the bathroom sliding and pocket door stuck when it was open.

the hotel is lovely, but my room had not been cleaned when i returned late afternoon.
