adequate experience
excellent quality christmassy atmosphere professional staff broken deadbolt broken thermostat stuck door
the hotel was very clean and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. there was a very beautiful and christmassy atmosphere i found comfortable. on arrival i was greeted by monika she was professional and polite.
the deadbolt did not work. we called and reception came up to check it was not able to fix. i complained about the thermostat not working multiple times a day it was never fixed. the bathroom sliding and pocket door stuck when it was open.

the staff was very helpful at reception. monika was particularly helpful. the hotel offered comfortable beds and clean soft towels. the pool area was wonderful.
the hotel is lovely, but my room had not been cleaned when i returned late afternoon.
