Really good hotel experience

I discovered several things i appreciated. The room featured a king size bed, ensuring a restful sleep each night. I also found the included breakfast buffet to be a convenient way to start the day. The fitness center provided modern equipment for my workouts.
The tv remote control was slightly difficult to use.

The staff consistently displayed professionalism. The front desk provided quick responses to all inquiries. They were helpful with directions and local recommendations, beneficial. Everyone seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction.

the location was convenient enough for getting around.
the noise levels were quite high i could hear everything from the hallway it really affected my sleep. i found this especially annoying since i was hoping for a quiet stay. i didn't think i would hear so much noise

My room was clean. I felt so safe and the location was perfect! the reception staff was excellent. They greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. check-in was quick and efficient and the staff explained all the hotel's amenities wonderfully.
the bathroom door was stuck, it was sliding and hard to open! the shower door design doesn't allow for a floor mat outside because it drags when opened.

The staff was cute upon arrival. They provided quality service with efficiency and kindness. sibel, the guest relations representative, was especially helpful and very respectful, i really appreciated her dedication! the cleaning service was also really good.

My superior double room was pleasant and very clean with a compliment from the hotel. Sweets and snacks were left along with mineral water, tea, and coffee. the hotel room also offered easy access to a fitness area, a hammam and an indoor pool!
