I had a generally positive experience at the hotel, especially with the room upgrade that made for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really enhanced my visit. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore. However, the room cleaning could have been improved, and the dining options left something to be desired, particularly the breakfast quality.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and I must say the location is fantastic, really close to Cevahir Mall and in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms were nice but a bit small for my taste and lacked a dressing table. The service was generally friendly and helpful.
