Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is good, very near to the Baniyas Square Metro Station and the Deira souks, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected, with a noticeable presence of insects, which was a downside. The dining options were sufficient but lacked variety, and the price seemed high for the amenities offered.
I had a reservation for a double room for January 15th and 16th, 2018. The rooms were very bad with only the basic amenities, although the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, near markets and food places. Staff, especially Miss Madina at the reception, were excellent. The dining experience was really disappointing in terms of value for money, with overpriced options not worth it.
The hotel rooms weren't ready upon my arrival, lacking cleanliness, especially for disabled guests with unpleasant smells in the bathroom and corridors. However, the staff was friendly and professional. The location was convenient for exploring the old part of Dubai but felt crowded at times.
I was a bit misled every time I asked for something in my room, as it took around 45 minutes to have it arranged for me. However, the service was friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, full of markets and restaurants, but it was a bit difficult to find, and the reception couldn't provide clear directions over the phone. The dining options didn't offer much variety, with mostly reused curry dishes. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvement.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the town center with thousands of shops. The rooms had some issues, such as being small and smelling like cigarette smoke, which was not resolved by the reception. The dining experience varied, with some positive aspects like high-speed internet and sea view but also some negatives like not receiving the expected breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were very nice, clean, and awesome, although I noticed they weren't vacuumed during the cleaning exercise. The beauty of the room was truly remarkable. Overall, the hotel was ready for me as soon as I arrived.
