The hotel offers clean rooms and excellent service, but falls short in terms of dining options. Its location is convenient for airport proximity but may feel unsafe due to heavy traffic. The facilities are basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location near the IGI Airport makes it convenient for quick rides to catch flights. However, the area nearby raised concerns about safety for family stays. The room had a peculiar view of a concrete wall but was decent enough. The dining experience was inconsistent with some meals being satisfactory while others were not up to standard. The service was a bit challenging to locate but satisfactory once found.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were ready straight away, located in an interesting neighborhood, but unfortunately, they were dusty and constantly smelled of smoke. The service was cooperative but lacked attentiveness at check-in, although they were efficient at organizing airport pick-ups. The location was not as close to the airport as I had hoped, okay for a short stay near the main road but unsuitable for business purposes. The dining options were limited, and there were issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
