friendly staff central location broken air conditioning high temperature
the hotel staff, they were friendly i guess. also the location, i suppose it was near some stuff.
the air conditioning wasn't working right you see. the website said i control it, but nah, it was like, centrally controlled and too hot. i like it cold so i ended up sweating all night, i swear.

incorrect information central control
Breakfast included a good selection of items.
The website stated that air conditioning is individually controlled, but this information was incorrect. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and the room was too warm for me to sleep comfortably (I like a cold room). I had to sleep with the window open.

the staff was helpful upon arrival. breakfast had many choices.
my room was very small and dark. there was little natural light. the bathroom felt cramped, the shower leaked water all over the floor.

street noise stale pastries
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite a bit. also, the breakfast buffet seemed a bit overpriced for the limited options! the pastries tasted stale and the hot food wasn't very warm. i expected better for the price i paid! i even found hairs in the croissants one morning.

breakfast buffet lovely team centrally controlled misleading website
The provided toiletries was great. The breakfast buffet included a fine selection, and it made the start to the day simple. Staff were always helpful. The hotel provided free tea time in the lobby, I thought that was lovely.
The website mentioned air conditioning was individually controlled. This information misled me because the air conditioning was centrally controlled. I wanted a colder room, but that was not an option.
