the beds and showers were excellent at this hotel it was acceptable
the receptionist wasn't professional at all when i checked in he mocked me after some questions i asked one afternoon i returned to the hotel and the entire hotel was locked i waited outside in the heat

The lighting in the room was really poor. it was painted a dark color (i think it was supposed to be green?), and even with all the lights on, the room felt dim and gloomy. also, there were very few outlets available. I found only two, and both were near the floor. it was quite inconvenient for charging my devices.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel!

The hotel has a fantastic location close to Sacré-Cœur. Multiple metro stations are a short walk away, about five minutes. The area felt okay all time. I also found some amazing local restaurants nearby!!! Our Double Room "La Couture" was super clean with daily cleaning. The bed featured extra comfortable bedding. I liked the blackout curtains and double glazed windows. They kept the room very quiet.
I found the room had limited storage. There was little space for luggage. This made it difficult to unpack and organize.

The staff were always smiling. They were very helpful and friendly at all times. This hotel had a family atmosphere with pride in service. This.

The breakfast included a good selection of items every morning. The breakfast service occurred in a fabulous room. This provided a very pleasant start to the day. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere!
