I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions, and surrounded by amazing food places. The rooms are well-equipped and cozy, but unfortunately, there's no option to change them. The service was good, but they missed asking if everything was okay at check-out. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, although laundry service wasn't available. The experience was overall positive with some minor drawbacks.
