Reviews and Ratings
Staying at Harrah's was like finding a peaceful haven with exceptionally clean and large rooms, reminiscent of an old apartment. The service, though efficient, had some hiccups with cranky staff members. The pristine location just a 2-minute walk from the lake made exploring the area a breeze. Dining overlooking the lovely pool at Sierra Cafe was a delightful experience, offering amazing breakfast options at a very reasonable price for a resort.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, overlooking Lake Tahoe and with easy access to various attractions, but the room placement was unfortunate due to noise disruptions early in the morning. The service was exceptional, offering quick and considerate assistance, though I missed the exceptional treatment I had received at other Hyatt properties. The dining options were enjoyable but slightly overpriced at times. Overall, it was a memorable stay with a few drawbacks.
The room was comfortable but lacked privacy due to the location near the elevator and a family with a young baby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the valet team. The location was convenient and close to the lake, offering easy access to various activities. The dining experience was enjoyable and catered well to families with kids.
