My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room wasn't clean and had numerous roaches in the sink and tub. The area outside my door smelled like urine, and there was no extra pillow available. Additionally, there was very low water pressure. When I reported these issues, instead of offering a new room, the hotel sent someone up to spray air freshener and laughed it off as a joke.
