steam roomnon-functional jacuzzi
i was quite disappointed that the steam room never seemed to have any steam. it was a real letdown because i was looking forward to relaxing there after a long day. also, the jacuzzi in the basement swimming pool wasn't working, frustrating. i really hoped for a more functional experience in those areas.
