My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were messy, out of towels and water, and so dirty that I felt like leaving. On the bright side, the service was sweet and attentive, going above and beyond to address our concerns. The location was nice but had some issues with towel shortages. The dining experience was disappointing with minimal breakfast options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff tried their best to ensure a great stay.
