I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were nice and spacious, the location and dining options were not perfect. The service, however, was top-notch and made my stay more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was so convenient! The rooms were on the same floor, close enough to each other, immaculate, but a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, friendly, and very accommodating to our group's needs. The location was perfect for the Van Andel concert and near lovely restaurants. The dining experience was on point, although not complimentary. Overall, a great stay with minor noise disturbance.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and very attractive with lovely decor. It was perfect for my concert at Van Andel area being so close by. The service was fantastic, I never had to wait for my vehicle, and the staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The location made all the difference, especially with the indoor walkways and being in Down Town GR. In terms of dining, the morning options were great, though a bit on the high priced side without complimentary choices. Overall, a key to the visit where I needed to go and wanted to be.
