“During my stay, I opted for breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff provided very nice service, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. I chose to self-park in the garage for $14 a day, which I found to be much more economical than the $28 valet service. Upon arrival, I parked briefly to check-in and was guided efficiently to the parking garage, making the entire process straightforward and hassle-free. “I was pleased with the spacious and clean layout of my suite. Having ample space made my stay much more comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day. The room was well-furnished and featured modern amenities, which enhanced my overall experience. I must say, my stay at the hotel was quite a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is really convenient, right across from a mall with great restaurants nearby and not too noisy from the airport, but the view from my room facing the atrium wasn't the best. The services, especially from valet Jerald and Whitney, were top-notch, but the room was directly across from an elevator, which wasn't ideal.
