i found the staff really helpful. ismail, fazel, salma, sundos, and rajaa were all nice. this hotel is my first option every time i am in the area.
pillows were very hard! rooms need upgrading. cleaning services were poor.

sandi imran at the front desk made me feel welcome i felt at home the rooftop pool staff was also very attentive and friendly i extended my stay because of the excellent service mohamed imran and his team were professional and polite the check in process was smooth and efficient
the bathtub design was somewhat dangerous i had to be very careful when entering and exiting to prevent slips

i noted delicious food options at the restaurant i especially appreciated the coffee during breakfast it was consistently very good the variety provided was suitable for different tastes i did not note any deficiencies in this area

the room was spacious and well maintained i found all the necessary amenities readily available the cleanliness was consistently high during my entire stay the hotel interiors was nicely decorated i felt relaxed in the room

Sandali at the reception was smiling. She was also friendly. Her check-in was efficient. Kamal supported me upon arrival. I want hotel management to know about these great employees. Everything was great. The standards were high.
I noticed not all amenities were in my room. Housekeeping could improve. They improved it after my complaint. Soundproofing was absent, and I heard noises. The bathtub felt dangerous.

The hotel location is excellent. A short walk leads to the Metro. A mall is nearby. There are many places to eat. That convenience is welcome.

The room was clean. Fresh water bottles were provided daily. Rooms was very spacious. The rooms in the 7th Floor was comfortable. Everything was fantastic.

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the room windows didn't fully close, so outside noise was quite noticeable. also, i found an old tissue box used as an ashtray by previous guests. The cleaning staff missed it. i was expecting a higher standard of cleanliness.
