The hotel's rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, despite not being at the top of the hotel. The early arrival was accommodated well, and the room had all necessary amenities, making it a comfortable stay.
The hotel boasts stunning views of the fort and mountains along with the most amazing bathroom I've ever seen. The rooms are great with three wardrobes and plenty of drawers, although the views may differ from what is shown on booking.
The hotel is an absolute gem, offering stunning views of the fort and mountains from the luxurious Strauss suite. The bathroom is a standout feature, truly over the top in the best way. However, there were some service hiccups like the refusal to assist with small requests. Overall, a lavish experience with minor service issues.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed, though the absence of a bath was a drawback. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Hermann, the Guest Relation Manager. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and with convenient amenities like a parking garage. The dining experience was excellent, catering to various tastes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay very enjoyable.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our visit, from housekeeping to the front desk, making sure every need was met with a pleasant attitude. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Mirabell Gardens and convenient for exploring the town easily. The dining experience satisfied our needs but could offer more variety. Overall, a great choice for a stay with some minor drawbacks to consider.
