This place is awesome! The location rocks, genuinely steps from the metro. This made zipping around the city crazy easy. Every person, from front desk to housekeeping, was super warm and committed to making our stay perfect.

I was a bit bummed I wasn't credited for an extra night I booked. I realized my mistake weeks before arriving. I didnt like having to ask for ice. The ice should be available, because all drinks were warm.
