The hotel rooms were nice at first glance, well-designed, and really comfortable with a nice view over Konya; however, they were too hot and noisy, making sleeping uncomfortable. The location was quite far from the city center with small breakfast buffet and older furnishing but catered to multicultural dietary demands. The dining experience offered a large choice of foods but at times lacked freshness. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel room was small for a family but offered lavish views across the city, known for the Whirling Dervishes and Sufi traditions. Despite the dated and torn fixtures, it provided a comfortable night's rest. The service was a mix of friendly interactions and unhelpful encounters, while the location was far out of the city center. The dining experience was a letdown with questionable food choices. Facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
