Reviews and Ratings
I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. While my initial stay was pleasant with clean rooms and tasty food, my second visit was quite disappointing due to issues with the room and the noise from the busy highway right outside. The value for money was decent for the cleanliness, but the sound levels and some service aspects definitely need improvement.
Staying here was quite an experience. The location on Highway 113 was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax. While the service was decent and I appreciated the effort from the staff, the room I stayed in was cramped with limited toiletries and a troubling lack of cleanliness. Ultimately, I found the experience to be more frustrating than enjoyable.
This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, especially in the executive rooms, but it fell short in terms of service and location. The fitness facilities are outdated, which was disappointing for a fitness enthusiast. However, the food quality is commendable, making it a decent option if you're in the area for work.
My stay at the Grand Residence in Porur was mixed. On the bright side, the rooms looked just like the pictures and the service was quick, especially the food which was fantastic, particularly the dal makhani. However, the lack of clarity about taxes on prices and the absence of a pool were disappointing. Also, some staff seemed to struggle with English, which made communication challenging at times.
I had mixed feelings about my stay here. On one hand, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff does try to help. The breakfast was delightful and the rooms were spacious. On the downside, the bathroom needed pest control, and there were some issues with cleanliness in my room. Overall, it's a decent spot but with a few improvements needed to truly impress.
