Mixed Feelings About My Stay
staff training slow responses
The absence of a bar was a definite drawback for me. The staff, while pleasant, seemed to lack proper training, which affected the overall service quality. I also found that responses to my inquiries before my arrival were slow and not very helpful. The experience did not quite meet the standards expected of a high-end resort. It was somewhat disappointing.

i found the breakfast very good with numerous options. eggs were cooked to order! the setting was beautiful, the facilities great, and the pool area was lovely. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

the food was acceptable.
The staff clearly lacked training and this impacted the quality of service. This really annoyed me. It needs to be addressed.

the grounds were beautiful and kept very clean. i enjoyed the fast room service and also the laundry service. the pools and gym were good (the gym has everything you need).

broken ride wedding party
the hotel had nice, big grounds to walk around.
the boat ride broke down. staff then wanted us to go at the same time on another day. they told us to come back later because it was reserved for a wedding party! i felt quite disappointed.

expansive selection fresh fruit maintained pool prompt service
the breakfast buffet provided an expansive selection and i especially liked the fresh fruit options available. i found the pool area to be well maintained with an attentive lifeguard on duty. the evening entertainment included traditional dance performances that were culturally enriching. staff promptly addressed any requests i had.
the gym equipment was slightly dated and could benefit from upgrades.
