The hotel's rooms are very spacious, well-lit, and beautifully constructed with superb decor. However, our drivers were complaining at the back. The service, despite catering to all needs, could benefit from some more training when checking in groups of people. The location is fabulous and scenic, right on the backwaters of Kerala but leads into a muddy puddle. The dining experience offers a diversified menu to meet various needs but was not up to expectations. The shared tip jar for staff is a good concept.
