Wonderful Colonial Experience
convenient location easy access colonial design unique atmosphere
My stay included a convenient location downtown with easy access to amenities. I found restaurants and a large supermarket just a short walk away. The National Museum was located directly behind the hotel. That was very convenient for a quick visit. The beautiful colonial design impressed me. It created a unique atmosphere.
I found that the physical keys are old, heavy metal keys attached to a heavy fob. The hotel only gives one key per room. This was inconvenient for my wife and me.

Lovely stay!
attentive staff super clean pool area extensive breakfast options
I spent several nights here and found the staff attentive. They always remembered my name! The pool area was super clean with plenty of sun loungers available. Breakfast offered extensive options, I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. The hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. We took a history tour too, it was great!
My room overlooked the park. It did get quite noisy early each morning and at night.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with clear, refreshing water. It included a dedicated children's area. Guests can access a fully equipped fitness center that had treadmills and weight machines. There is a luxury spa that offers various treatments.

The main restaurant offers a breakfast buffet. It includes hot and cold selections! Another restaurant serves Khmer cuisine. I had many delicious cocktails at the Elephant Bar.

The hotel is near the city center. Several restaurants and shops can easily be reached. Angkor Museum is a short walk from the hotel, I recommend it.

A GRAND experience!
service detail kind staff ample space
The service detail was AMAZING!!! The staff was kind from arrival until departure. I found plenty of space to relax and enjoy the large grounds. I spent nights enjoying drinks at the excellent Elephant Bar. I enjoyed my stay!
I found the physical keys for the room outdated. I had to turn my key in at the front desk and pick it up upon return. It was inconvenient to wait if the desk clerk was busy. A key card system would be a useful upgrade.
