The location is fantastic! you're surrounded by history. the staff made the best meal recommendations. The breakfast was amazing too!
The cleaning wasn't good at all, like the vacuum left hair behind. one time, the cleaning lady forgot two towels for both of us. She only left one.

the location is great I could walk easily to many historical sites. THE staff provided helpful and friendly service. Soraya was very helpful especially.
the temperature control was not perfect I wanted 19 degrees celsius. the room stayed at 23 degrees celsius WHICH was too hot for me. i also found there was a distinct lack of luxury throughout which you would expect from a five star hotel.

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't very good. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot, going from warm to cold suddenly. I would have liked more consistent temperature. there were limited English-language channels available on the television. I wished there were more options for international guests.
