My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, with good amenities, a great ambiance, and they were clean and quite big. However, the service was a bit mixed, with some staff being friendly while others were not so welcoming. The location was perfect for my needs, very close to the clients' office, and in a posh area with several embassies. The dining experience was excellent with a huge choice of food, fresh juices, and a complete menu. Overall, a great value for a stay with minor service issues.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quite big, but unfortunately, there was a persistent smell that made it uncomfortable despite raising the issue with the staff. The service was a hit or miss - some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were quite rude and surly. The location was ideal for my work purposes, close to my client's office and in a safe area near embassies and the River Congo. The dining options were great with a good variety and freshly squeezed juices. However, the standard of the dining experience was inconsistent. Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay but had some noticeable drawbacks.
