My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were comfortable and equipped with essential amenities. The staff provided excellent service, although they seemed a bit frazzled at times. The location was convenient for events at the Civic Center but posed challenges with parking. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers quiet and beautifully appointed rooms, with decent front desk service upon check-in. However, there was no fridge or minibar as described, and cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel provided a very small handicap accessible room even though we didn't need it, but they accommodated our request for a roller bed at no extra charge, albeit with some adjustments needed to fit it in. The room was small but perfect for us.
