There was no shoehorn in the room. It was a very tiny con.

i had issues with the tv in my room. i couldn't get it fixed . the front desk promised me a reduced price due to this, but i didn't receive it upon checkout.

the helpful and efficient staff impressed me (a nice change!).
the room was not as advertised, it was quite small and tight. there was very little privacy in the bathroom from outside the hotel. getting enough toilet paper was strangely difficult even when requested, that was unexpected.

The hotel location is good. I walked only about three minutes from the central railway station. I found shopping malls close to the hotel. Breakfast offered many choices and tastes good.

the staff organized a comfortable room when i arrived early. the family room was perfect for two adults and two children. every staff member was polite and helpful. the team accommodated disrupted plans and tried to contact the airline during a strike.
the front desk didn't offer resolution for hearing loud thumping noises all night long, which woke me up twice.

breakfast included a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. children enjoyed morning hot chocolates along with jams and pastries. the local finnish pastries and savory options were authentic and expertly baked.
