I was really impressed with this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed including a full-size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. It was a bit cold when I first arrived, but that was quickly fixed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. The location was perfect for me as it was right across from the Alerus Center and just a short drive to the Columbia Mall. The dining experience could've been a bit better, although the option to pre-order for in-room service was a nice touch.
