I felt like royalty with the attentive service, enjoying extras like iced lemon tea while waiting for my taxi. The room was nice, clean, spacious, and smelled great, though the bed was uncomfortable and the decor felt dated and musty.
Our girls trip at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, perfect for the five of us. It was a great place for me to work with the study desk provided, although felt a bit small for a long stay. The service was outstanding, especially after a frustrating morning at the Thai embassy. The location suited us perfectly between the lake, old town, and major attractions, making it easy to explore. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
