fantastic!
nice staff average food
The staff was nice. the food and drink selection were above average. good activities occurred, given the time of year. the gym had a compact design but functioned well. the room was regularly cleaned. The fridge was restocked.
The room could have been better. the balcony was very tiny. the bathroom arrangements were odd. it would be great if the room size matched the overall experience.

the staff was attentive to our needs, particularly tania and willy from gastro hall. the entertainment team including estefan and moha consistently were great. all staff members were very helpful.

this hotel rocks!
central location friendly staff excellent food
i totally loved how close it was to everything. they have all the stuff i wanted like that sweet gym and cool bars. the people working there were so nice, always ready to help me. seriously, i never had to wait for anything i asked for and all the food rules too!
i think the only thing is the elevators were a bit slow. sometimes i had to wait a bit but that isnt a big deal.

the gym has treadmills and weights. fresh towels are always available and everything looks super clean too. there is also multiple pools with loads of space to relax and some different spots dotted around.

the room has ocean view and is very big and clean, they clean everyday and bring fresh water to the minibar. i slept in a really nice bed and the tv has lots of options.

the staff are always smiling and super nice, they always greet you with warmth. one time i even got my luggage brought up super quickly when i called. they all speak lots of languages too.

the food is very good, so i really enjoyed all the restaurants, the wine is actually pretty good for an all inclusive too. i really loved the selection available, it was a good standard to have with meals.
