The location was central, I will give them that. The staff was helpful, I guess.
The room reeked of stale smoke, it was seriously unpleasant. The noise from the street kept me up all night, the soundproofing clearly does not exist. The breakfast was a joke. The croissants were stale, and the coffee tasted like dishwater.

the breakfast was extensive and had plenty of options (i especially loved the fresh pastries). the location near the main square allowed easy access to many attractions. the reception staff were helpful and provided assistance with directions.

the location proved convenient for city explorations, making it easy to reach key attractions.
i found dried blood stains on the bedsheets (a serious hygiene issue!), which was obviously not addressed. the receptionist seemed dismissive, stating he couldn't check every sheet individually. the room's condition was disappointing, showing signs of wear and tear, which lowered my overall impression.
