The service was extremely helpful during our short visit, directing us to complimentary tea and coffee. The location is fantastic for walking to key areas like the subway, Michigan Ave, and the Lakefront. The dining options were good with daily fresh choices, although a little simple compared to European hotels.

The staff is welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even providing a late meal. Although the breakfast was good, more variety would have been welcomed. The prime downtown Chicago location is ideal, close to major attractions and the river walk. The dining options cater to different tastes, but some dishes were not perfectly cooked. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and privacy for three people, although I struggled with the thermostat set to 65. The service was exceptional, going above-and-beyond and being friendly and helpful throughout my 7-night stay, despite paying almost USD 2,500. The location was just perfect for exploring Chicago downtown on foot, with easy access to the metro station, Tribune Tower, and Trump Tower. The dining experience was a real treat with a complete meal but lacked vegetable options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool.

The hotel rooms had fire sprinkles full of dust hanging over the bed, but overall, they were really nice with a nice view. The staff was amazing, although the unexpected parking fee was worth it.
