Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers rooms ideal for self-catering with great views, despite being designated as non-smoking. The service was extremely helpful during our short visit, directing us to complimentary tea and coffee. The location is fantastic for walking to key areas like the subway, Michigan Ave, and the Lakefront. The dining options were good with daily fresh choices, although a little simple compared to European hotels.
The hotel has fantastic rooms, helpful service, a central location, and a varied dining experience. However, some rooms can be cold due to window exposure. The staff is welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even providing a late meal. Although the breakfast was good, more variety would have been welcomed. The prime downtown Chicago location is ideal, close to major attractions and the river walk. The dining options cater to different tastes, but some dishes were not perfectly cooked. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and privacy for three people, although I struggled with the thermostat set to 65. The service was exceptional, going above-and-beyond and being friendly and helpful throughout my 7-night stay, despite paying almost USD 2,500. The location was just perfect for exploring Chicago downtown on foot, with easy access to the metro station, Tribune Tower, and Trump Tower. The dining experience was a real treat with a complete meal but lacked vegetable options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and spacious, providing a lot of extra living space that I appreciated. The service was exceptional, everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Chicago, being just a couple of blocks off Michigan Ave. The dining options were convenient, although could have been improved. Overall, a lovely experience with a few minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel rooms had fire sprinkles full of dust hanging over the bed, but overall, they were really nice with a nice view. The staff was amazing, although the unexpected parking fee was worth it.
The room setup was excellent for our family of three, feeling quite like home. However, the quality of the mattress, especially on the pull-out couch, was very poor, making it uncomfortable. The room temperature was also a bit cold.
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Chicago, just steps away from the metro station, offering spacious and cozy rooms. The attentive and helpful concierge team made our stay extra pleasant, although unloading on the busy street could be a bit challenging. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, but options for food allergies were limited.
The hotel rooms were big, cozy, and gave a small apartment vibe, with special thanks to the polite and helpful concierge team, especially the young boy speaking Russian. The service was excellent, with staff fluent in English and Spanish, from front door to maintenance. The location is right in the heart of Chicago, offering easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with amazing breakfast staff and convenient grocery stores nearby.
