The hotel had comfortable rooms with brand new super comfortable beds but had inconvenience with light controls. The bathroom had maintenance issues. The hotel is located in a nice part of Grand Blanc, with convenient shuttle availability and clean, quiet surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable with brand new super comfortable beds, but have some inconvenience with the wall light and TV always being connected. The staff was attentive to our needs, despite minor mishaps. The dining experience was outstanding, offering one of the best breakfasts in chain hotels, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the bathroom tub needs maintenance, impacting the overall comfort.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were nice and clean with brand new super comfortable beds, even though they were not serviced until the day before I left. The service was super nice and friendly, and the location was close to everything I needed, including a 24-hour Meijers. The dining experience was exceptional with a clean and well-organized serving area, although there were no healthy choices. The facilities were well-maintained and provided good value for the money.
