I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views from the balcony, although they were very dusty. The staff was exceptionally kind and pro-active overall, but I found some interactions to be cold. The location was fantastic with serene surroundings but felt a bit out of place in the tropical setting. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of selections, but the price without a voucher was steep. Although the hotel had some shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay overall.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and had a balcony facing the water, providing beautiful views despite being dusty.
Service
8.0
The staff was super kind and helpful, although there were moments of curt and unhelpful interactions that lacked the aloha spirit.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic with serene surroundings, great for snorkeling and water sports, but it felt slightly out of place in the tropical setting.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience, especially with a free option due to my husband's Hilton status, was huge with daily changes, although the price without a voucher was high.

6.2/10

The hotel room was spacious with a walk-in closet next to the bathroom and a king-size bed, but it was not that impressive overall. The service was a mix of being very unhelpful and apologetic, while the location offered serene surroundings but lacked some key amenities. The dining options were decent, but with limited selections. The facilities were dated with stained carpets and a musty smell.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious with a walk-in closet next to the bathroom and a king-size bed, but the layout was nicer than the Ocean Tower. Unfortunately, we ended up with a much smaller single sofabed instead of a queen-sized one.
Service
6.0
The staff was a mix of being very curt and not helpful, but there were instances of great service where they were very helpful and tried to make our stay pleasant. However, the regret about the lack of recycling was a downside.
Location
7.0
The location was quiet and not crowded, offering a serene environment with teeming fish and sea turtles for potential snorkeling. The proximity to the hotel was good, but it lacked some essential services within reach.
Dining
7.0
The dining area was huge with rotating selections, including mini waffles and varied protein items, although it was disappointing that it wasn't included and required an additional fee.
Facilities
The facilities were dated with stained carpeting and a musty odor, which affected the overall experience.

The hotel offers affordable rooms but comes with a lively crowd and noise issues. The service is exceptional with staff going above and beyond, but the dining can be pricey. The location is convenient with great pools and landscaping, yet some areas lack service.

Rooms
5.0
Rooms facing each other were noisy due to bird sounds, impacting our confidence in the timeshare ownership consideration.
Service
9.0
Staff were always helpful and provided a genuine Hawaiian greeting every morning.
Location
8.0
Conveniently located near shopping plazas with nice pools for relaxation.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good but quite expensive compared to off-site options.
Facilities
