Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was stellar, close to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is simply incredible! The rooms in the lagoon tower are so huge and felt more like a condo. They were clean overall, but the doors needed some extra attention. The service with HGVC was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff making my stay so easy and enjoyable. The location is just perfect, close to the convention center and offering breathtaking views of Diamond Head. And dining options were great, especially with local fruits available. Definitely a fantastic choice for a memorable stay!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but the construction site next door caused a lot of noise during weekdays. The service was hit-or-miss, but they did go above and beyond for us when we needed it. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby attractions, but access restrictions felt unnecessary. The dining options were decent, but some areas felt like cash grabs.
The rooms weren't horrible, but the kitchen was extremely small, and the air conditioner worked after we complained and set it to 65 degrees. Service went above and beyond, even providing taxi vouchers for hospital visits. The location was good, close to the convention center, and had lots of dining and entertainment options. Dining was a bit of a cash cow, and the breakfast was pricey. The facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was both delightful and a bit noisy due to the construction site next door. The room eventually became available at the Lagoon Tower, where I own a two-bedroom oceanfront unit. Overall, the room was well-stocked, but could use some renovation in the future to keep up with The Grand Islander.
