I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms ideal for both business and leisure travel. The service was excellent, albeit slightly overshadowed by loud music in the lobby. The location was perfect, connected to a mall and close to key places in Puebla. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, especially in the morning.
