My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were massive, clean, and super comfortable. I loved waking up to the amazing view of Chapultepec Castle and park, along with the beautifully lit office buildings and monuments. The quiet ambiance, USB charger plug, and luxurious L'Occitane products in the bathroom made my stay extra special. The only downside was the slightly pricey dining options, but that didn't dampen my overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms had a great view of the Chapultepec Castle and park, with our delicates neatly folded in baskets and our clothes hanged and organized in our closet. The location was just perfect, being very close to Chapultepec, Reforma, and many touristic sites. The service was always polite, although they struggled a bit with English. The dining options were okay, with good variety but a bit expensive. The hotel just went through remodeling, adding to the charm of the place.
