I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were exceptional, huge, and amazing, but they were not what we requested and had a musty, moldy, damp basement feel. The service was responsive and friendly, except for some unreasonable fees and rude behavior from other staff members. The location was great, right on the beach, but it needed more cleanliness maintenance and had a mildew smell. Overall, the stay had its highs and lows.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely positioned overlooking the pool and offering a partial view of the ocean, but I encountered issues with the checkout system charging me extra despite leaving early. The service, especially from the security lady, was absolutely horrible. The location was a bit dirty but redeemed by the friendly staff upon departure. The dining was satisfactory, with a Hungarian beef stew being a noteworthy choice.
