the location was unbeatable, steps from the trevi fountain! the staff anticipated every need, offering a seamless experience. i especially appreciated the complimentary access to the city of water archaeological site located just behind the building. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruit, cheese, and bread!!!
the access to the room had some stairs. this might pose a challenge with mobility issues.

The staff booked my transfer from the airport. They also booked my transfer to the cruise port. These transfers were added to my hotel bill. This arrangement was very convenient.
The lights outside my room were left on all night, even with blackout blinds, it made me think it was daylight constantly

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. the staff was so kind. I felt very thankful (especially for their local tips). the rooms have rainshower showers. I found this a great addition to my stay.
Access to the rooftop bar was slightly inconvenient since there is no bar there. I had to ring down to order.
