Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were not only cozy, but they also all had balconies, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views around the hotel. The little kitchenette was a fantastic addition that provided us with extra convenience. The service was impeccable, from housekeeping to valet parking and ski equipment hire. The location was just perfect, striking a balance between being close enough to North Conway for easy access but far enough away from the downtown hustle and bustle to appreciate the serene fall foliage in the surrounding mountains. The dining experience, particularly in the Black Diamond Grill, was superb, offering dishes like fish or pork with potatoes and vegetables. The facilities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna room, were exceptional and catered to our outdoor activity needs.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was comfortable, offering a fabulous view from the spacious balcony. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and the bathroom toiletries were exceptional. The only downside was the location in the back of the hotel, which wasn't convenient at all.
