The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet included, although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay. The service was satisfactory with room service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance available. However, the location is not super nice, surrounded by continuous sulfuric gases that create an unpleasant smell. The dining experience was decent with made-to-order sandwiches offered. The facilities were adequate, but improvements could be made.
