The hotel rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were fully functional, but unfortunately, my room wasn't beachfront as I had requested. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, leaving me impressed. The location was fantastic, offering a wonderful view of the beach. However, there were some shortcomings in the facilities with missing rungs on kitchen chairs around the pool.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The rooms, although a bit small, were comfortable and had a wonderful beachfront view. The hotel's beachfront location across from a Plaza with convenient stores was a big plus, but the rooms did have a lingering stench.

The rooms, while slightly small, provided enough space for my wife and two kids. The beachfront view of the ocean was awesome, and being right across from a Plaza with stores like Publix and Marshall's was convenient. The only downside was the stinky smell in the rooms.

The service was excellent overall, with extremely friendly staff. The housekeeping was attentive and did a great job. However, there was one Lady during check out who was not very friendly.

The hotel's location was beautiful, fenced in, and locked, allowing kids to run around and enjoy various activities while you relax at the Pool Bar. However, it was under renovation during my stay, which was not communicated to us in advance.

The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious food including home fries. The eclectic British dishes added a nice touch. However, I had to go to several floors to have breakfast on the same floor, which was a bit inconvenient.
