i found the staff very friendly. they were helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast included many choices. it had hot and cold options. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. i had a great view of the harbour! the location allowed easy access to local amenities. the hotel provided a cute atmosphere.
the hotel could benefit from some updates. some areas seemed a bit worn.

the staff offered a warm welcome. breakfast included quality cooked options served with care. the hotel provided a central location making it easy to get around (close to the ferry to bressay!).
i noticed very slight wear in some areas of the room.
