i found the staff very friendly. they were helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast included many choices. it had hot and cold options. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. i had a great view of the harbour! the location allowed easy access to local amenities. the hotel provided a cute atmosphere.
the hotel could benefit from some updates. some areas seemed a bit worn.
