Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were well-furnished with plenty of amenities, but being located above the outdoor restaurant patio could get a bit loud at night. The front desk was easily accessible, just around the corner from my room at about 11:30am.
The hotel is perfectly situated on the Main street and close to the waterfront area, offering easy access to all La Jolla has to offer, including various beaches with sea lions, parks, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fireplace, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks and beverages, although some were partially obstructed by another building. The service was delightful, with friendly and accommodating staff who even upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. The dining options were creative and health-conscious, and the breakfast was satisfying. The location's convenience was exceptional, though some rooms in the furthest building might be a bit of a walk. The overall experience was enriched by the excellent facilities, making it a great value for the price.
I found this hotel to be situated in a lovely location in the heart of La Jolla, offering great views and close proximity to South Casa Beach and various stores and restaurants. The rooms were very big and bright with eight windows offering refreshing ocean breezes, though being on the second floor with no elevator made handling heavy suitcases a bit difficult. The dining experience was fantastic with creative, healthful choices, but the lack of some facilities was noticeable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything La Jolla has to offer, and the views from the room are stunning. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating, but there were some instances where they seemed a bit clueless. Unfortunately, the dining experience was just okay, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
