This hotel boasts super convenient location near the Grand Bazaar. I got easy access to many attractions. The staff were super friendly. I had a room with great amenities and daily housekeeping services.

The hotel is super close to the T1 tram stop, only 100 meters away. The Grand Bazaar is just minutes away. This spot is perfect for getting around all the main sites.

Breakfast included various options. There was full variety every morning. The hotel offers very fast WiFi. It worked perfectly in all areas including our room.

the location was convenient, placing me close to the main tourist area.
I was quite annoyed that the room was ridiculously small. There wasn't enough space for my suitcase or toiletries (seriously, where am i supposed to put anything?).

broken toilet seatill-fitting bed sheet
i was really annoyed with the room i first received the toilet seat was broken i asked for towels but they only gave me some for the floor there was no hot water either i hate having to complain but it was great. the bed sheet also did not fit right it did not even cover the mattress properly i hate feeling like hotels think they can trick tourists when things aren't right.
