The hotel is well designed and comfortable but too small, making it difficult to move around freely, with clean rooms. The service was outstanding from the door to housekeeping, incredibly helpful and courteous. The location is ideal for shopping and dining, safe, quiet, and offers a lovely view of big trees. The dining experience was beyond expectations, although the rooms were relatively small, and the shower could be inconvenient for longer stays.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul with access to great shopping stores. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Aida, who went above and beyond for me and the rest of the guests. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, and the rooms, though cozy, were on the smaller side with not the best views.
